Ingredients
 3 cups Unsweetened shredded coconut
 1 stick Scoop vanilla protein
 2 Eggs
 3 tbsp Coconut cream
 2 tbsp PBfit
 1 tbsp Sugar-free syrup
  cup Almond flour
 2 tbsp Granulate stevia
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
For the chocolate
 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
 ¼ cup Coconut butter
 2 tbsp granulated stevia
 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder

Preheat the oven at 325F and line a pan with parchment paper

In a bowl mix all the ingredients with a rubber spatula, you may have to use your hands to ensure that all the ingredients are blended together.

Make balls and bake them for 8- 10 min.

While the macaroons are baking, make the chocolate in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, ¼ cup of coconut cream, 2 tablespoons of stevia blend and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, in low heat until the ingredients are homogeneous.

When the macaroons are ready, removed them from the oven and let them cool at least half an hour before dipping them in chocolate.
