 15 g Protein powderOptional, can add another scoop of protein powder depending on requirements
 300 ml Almond milkCan substitute equal amount of almond milk for coconut milk for higher fat
 ¼ tsp NutmegOptional
 20 g Blueberries Optional, can add another berry, sugar free maple syrup, or topping of your choice

Put all powdered ingredients into a saucepan, mix and break up any big lumps.

Stir in the almond milk and place on the stovetop on medium heat.

Continuing stirring the keto porridge mixture until all of the lumps are gone and it warms.
