These delicious keto sausage balls are perfect to serve as an appetizer, at a barbecue, or just as a quick and easy meal prep.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with foil.
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, Italian seasoning, and baking powder.
Stir in the minced garlic and cream cheese.
Mix in the sausage and shredded cheese last, making sure not to over-mix.
Using either a cookie scooper or a table spoon, scoop out balls about 1 inch around and place onto the baking sheet.
Note: If the mixture becomes too hard to roll, you can refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes and/or lightly coat your hands in oil.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
Broil the sausage balls for 2-4 minutes, just until the outside is brown and crispy.
