Multiseed Keto Crackers with 1g of Net Carbs!

These multiseed keto crackers are so crispy and delicious, you won't even be able to tell that they are low-carb! They are hands-down some of the crispiest crackers you will ever make and they only have 1g of net carbs per serving! These crackers are also packed full of healthy fats and micronutrients!

 3 eggs
 3 tbsp almond meal
 ½ cup pumpkin seeds
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Add eggs to a medium mixing bowl and blend lightly with a fork.

Add all other ingredients and blend well.

Transfer to a sheet pan, with sides lined with either a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Using a spatula, spread the keto cracker mixture out to the sides of the pan. It will be thin enough to see through.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, turning pan halfway through.

Turn the oven off, and let the pan sit in the oven until it cools down completely.
Note: This can take 1-4 hours.

Once the keto crackers are cooled completely, break into large pieces and store them in an airtight container.
