Filling
 1 ½ cups almond butter
 ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
 ½ cup protein powder
Chocolate Coating
 1 tbsp unsalted butter
 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 3 tbsp coconut cream
 2 tbsp Stevia blend

In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a rubber spatula.

Press into the pan (line with parchment paper and put it in the freezer while you prepare the chocolate.)

In a saucepan, add all ingredients for the chocolate. On low heat, stir until smooth and remove from heat.

Freeze for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from freezer and slice into bars.

Drizzle or cover with melted chocolate and freeze again until set.

Store in fridge in an airtight freezer bag or container.
