This simple breakfast only needs five ingredients, can be taken on-the-go, and the best part is, they taste just like Starbucks famous egg bites. Feel free to add other keto-friendly ingredients such as ham, bacon, other types of cheeses, and a dollop of sour cream on top.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil and set aside.

Pour the beaten eggs into 6 different muffin tin compartments. Add 1/2 tablespoon of chopped green onion and 1/2 tablespoon of grated cheese to each of the 6 muffins. Top each muffin with 2 slices of zucchini.

Place the muffin sheet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes and enjoy!
