1.   Flavored or Fruit-Infused Water

Take your water to the next level by adding tasty, fruity flavors like lemon, berries, or cucumber. A berry or lemon-infused water is a refreshing way to revitalize your day!

 

2.   Tea

Most teas are keto-friendly as long as there are no added sneaky sugars! You have plenty of teas to choose from, including black teas like Earl Grey and PG Tips, and green and herbal teas like matcha and chamomile. Sweeten your tea how you see fit with your favorite keto-friendly sweetener.

As long as you don’t overdo your caffeine intake, you can enjoy a warm and comforting coffee or an iced coffee if that’s more your thing! Turn your coffee into a fat bomb by adding butter, coconut butter, MCT oil, or whatever floats your coffee boat.

Sweet hot chocolate improves any day of the week and you certainly deserve it whether or not you’re a chocoholic! Try a keto-friendly low-carb hot chocolate drink made with unsweetened cocoa powder, heavy cream or coconut cream, water, vanilla extract, and your choice of keto sweeteners like monk fruit, allulose, erythritol, or stevia.

 

5.   Kombucha

Up your intake of healthy fermented foods and good probiotics, and sip on a fizzy kombucha drink. Some kombucha teas are keto-friendly, and you can choose from a range of delicious flavors like citrus, berry, ginger, and mint! Just be careful when choosing a keto-friendly kombucha because some have added sugar that can surely kick you out of ketosis. Some can have as much as 20g of sugar per serving!

 

6.   Soda Alternatives

Ditch the sugary sodas that’ll kick you out of ketosis and go with carbonated water or keto-friendly soda!

Carbonated water refers to water that’s infused with carbon dioxide gas either under pressure or in natural geological processes, such as with volcanic masses. The resulting bubbly drink can be a good alternative to sugary sodas that definitely aren’t keto-friendly. You can find carbonated waters like La Croix that have plenty of flavors, but no added sugar.

Keto-friendly sodas like Zevia are sweetened with stevia and have no added sugar. There are a wide variety of flavors like cola, root beer, lemon-lime, ginger, strawberry, grape, orange, and more. All have 0g of carbs and 0 calories!
