If you’re busy and on the go, it’s best to have keto-friendly snacks and foods that are convenient, practical, tasty, and nutritious. You want snacks that won’t spoil or quickly go rancid without refrigeration. Here are five convenient keto foods for when you’re on the go!

1 ) Go Nuts!

Macadamia nuts are a great keto choice because they’re high in healthy fats. You could also snack on almonds, walnuts, or other nuts! Why not make a nut mix? Go roasted! Go salted! Go raw and sprouted!

 2) Seeds as Snacks!

Seeds can make a crunchy snack. You could try sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, or other delightful, nutritious little seeds!

3) Jerky!

While not all jerkies are healthy, you can find some brands that are made from grass-fed cows, are uncured and do not have all of the additives some brands have. Be careful here, though! Always make sure to read the nutrition label, because many jerkies sneak sugar in!

4) Coconut Flakes!

You can find different kinds of coconut chips or flakes, just make sure that they are unsweetened. Coconut chips deliver a satisfying crunch and a refreshing sweetness to keep you going on your busy day.

5) Ketogenic Certified Snacks!

6) Bonus Tip: Cabbage!

With cabbage, you either like it or you don’t. If you like raw cabbage, it makes a healthy, sulfur-rich, convenient, crunchy snack to take with you.
