Ingredients
  cup Almond Flour
 1 oz Cream Cheese
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 tbsp Granulated stevia
 1 Large egg
 2 Egg whites
 1 tsp Blueberry powder
 ¼ cup Blueberries
 2 tbsp Almond milk unsweetened
Frosting
 ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
 2 tbsp coconut butter, melted
 1 tsp Blueberry powder
 1 tbsp Granulated stevia
Instructions

Preheat larger griddle or skillet with oil or spray to medium heat

Add all ingredients for the pancakes, minus the blueberries to a blender and blend on high until mixed

In a bowl add the batter, fold blueberries in

Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle or skillet and cook pancakes 1-2 minutes on each side. Flip and repeat for 30 seconds to 1 minute

Mix all the ingredients for the frosting, Serve pancakes stacked with frosting.
