Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all the ingredients for the glaze in one small bowl and mix.
Use a sharp knife to score the skin of the ham off the hock section. Peel off the skin.
Once the skin is removed, score the fat with diagonal lines.
Brush the glaze over the exposed fat and place in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the ham from the oven, baste and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Repeat this step.
Baste for the third time and turn the oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
