If only you could take a simple pill to trim, slim, and shed the pounds, right? But if something sounds too good to be true, it may just be too good to be true! Just because a product appears on a popular TV show like Shark Tank doesn’t prove legitimacy or mean all of the company’s glamorous claims about that product are true. Sometimes companies lie about being part of Shark Tank, Dragon’s Den, or other similar TV shows in an attempt to gain credibility and legitimacy.

Maybe people are still searching for the magic pill or gummy bear because there isn’t one. True metabolic and physiological change within your body takes commitment, time, effort, motivation, and lifestyle changes. Expanding waistbands are on the rise, and we’re snowed under with empty weight loss promises.

With so many of these keto gummies and pills floating around, it can be difficult to decipher what’s a legitimate product or supplement for your keto lifestyle and what’s a money-hungry scam. Before you dip into your pocket to buy the latest Keto Blast Gummies, let’s take a closer look.

What Are Keto Blast Gummies?

Handful of keto gummies

Keto Blast Gummies are marketed as effective and reliable ketogenic supplements that help you get into ketosis, boost energy and mental focus, curb appetite and food cravings, and lose weight fast by melting away layers of stored fat. The gummies contain natural ingredients like apple cider vinegar and BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate) salts that are touted to hike up ketone production and help push you into ketosis. The product claims to contain herbal ingredients known to make you feel more energized and promote healthy digestion with just one or two gummies a day. Keto blast gummies are available in several flavors online.

The company states that the BHB in their product increases your liver’s production of ketones and slows gastric emptying, as well as increasing the amount of exogenous ketones in your body. They also state that the keto blast gummies formula supports blood sugar regulation and blood circulation.

What Are Critics Saying?

Once again, the claim here is that these gummies will increase the ketones present in the body and make your body better at burning fat. However, it seems this is just another keto gummy that doesn’t live up to the hype. To get any positive gains from the ketones in these keto blast gummies, you’d probably have to consume over half a bottle! Ultimately, the team here at Ketogenic.com have decided the keto Blast gummies are a scam rather than a worthy investment in your keto lifestyle.

When it comes to BHB, most of the keto pills and gummies on the market don’t have anywhere near enough BHB to have any beneficial effect. Lower amounts like 800mg of BHB really aren’t enough to increase your ketone levels. In fact, anything below about 3 grams of BHB really isn’t efficacious.

Apple cider vinegar does have some benefits, but one or two gummy bears won’t provide anywhere near enough to have any beneficial effects, and it isn’t worth consuming syrupy gummies!

When you look at the label of these Keto Blast Gummies, you’ll see glucose syrup, and you’re probably thinking: wait…that can’t be keto, can it? Your instincts are correct; glucose syrup certainly isn’t keto-friendly, and neither are the not-so-keto Blast gummies, especially if it’s the first ingredient, which means there’s more of it in the product. The sugary glucose syrup could certainly impact your blood sugar and hinder ketosis!

For a price, you’re getting glucose, maybe a small, ineffective amount of BHB and apple cider vinegar, and any other ingredients the manufacturer chose to add.

Are Keto Blast Gummies Hip or Hype?

Despite the company’s bold claims, there doesn’t seem to be much truth behind them, and you certainly won’t lose weight just by taking one or two of these gummies every day. The team at Ketogenic.com concluded these keto Blast gummies are definitely more hype than hip!

Some companies selling these types of gummies are even using fake websites and reviews. Remember, these products are unregulated, so if you’re really not sure about the company, it might be best to avoid it. Stop and think before you purchase. Does this seem to be a legitimate company with legitimate reviews? Check the ingredients yourself and see if it has glucose syrup or another ingredient that you know definitely isn’t keto-friendly! Are they making grandiose claims that are too good to be true? What does a quick internet search reveal? Are other people talking about how this is a scam, and sharing stories about how they were left out of pocket or worse?
