keto pie for national pi day

National Pie (?) Day is here  and what better way to celebrate than to make keto-friendly versions of your favorite pies? If you want to indulge  without worrying about too many carbs, these keto pie recipes are for you.

Appleless Apple Pie

Apples are carb-heavy fruits, but thankfully, this keto apple pie captures the flavor of this holiday (and anytime) favorite without the carb load. At only 6 grams of net carbs, this is the perfect dessert for any day of the week but especially on National Pie Day.

Pecan Pie

Would you believe it if there was a sugar-free pie that actually tasted good? Our keto pecan pie is easy to make, contains no sugar, and tastes amazing.

High in healthy fats and protein while staying super low in carbs (only 3 net carbs per serving), this is one dessert that the whole family will love to eat regardless if they are keto or not.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Looking for a pie that is a bit different than the usual fruit and nut bases? Maybe you want something unconventional that resembles one of your favorite candy bars? How about a peanut butter and chocolate pie?

Bring this peanut butter chocolate pie to your next get together or holiday and you’ll be asked to bring it again (and again). With only 5 grams of net carbs and plenty of healthy fats, this delicious pie will keep you in ketosis while satisfying that sweet tooth.

If you prefer, we also have another version of this pie that is focused more on protein, which makes it perfect for the weightlifter in your family. Check out the other version of the recipe here.

Oreo Cookie Pie

This one is a reader-favorite recipe. While it’s used to make keto Oreo cookies, a simple tweak of the recipe can turn this into a pie that you can present after dinner or at your next get together.

Instead of laying out the dough mixture to cut into cookie shapes, place the dough directly into the bottom of a pan. You’ll need two pans: one for each side of the cookie pie. Follow the baking directions in the recipe and then layer it accordingly with the Oreo crème filling in the middle.

Chicken Pot Pie
